North Harbour Diving, in conjunction with Waitakere Diving Club, hold their training sessions at the following times:

Glenfield Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Friday                 5:30 - 6:30         Mixed level and ages (7 - 15) (Full)

Saturdays          3:30pm - 5pm    Intermediate

Saturday            5pm - 6pm         Beginner - varying ages

 

Westwave Aquatic Centre, Henderson:

Monday                               5:30 - 6:30       Beginner & Advanced

Monday                               6:30 - 8pm       Intermediate Levels

Wednesday                         5:00 - 6:30pm  'FUN'damentals for Future Champions (Full)

Saturday                             11:30 - 12:30    Mixed level - age 7 - 15

Thursday                            6:00 -7:30pm    Masters Diving

Thursday                            4:30 - 5:30pm   Beginner & Advanced
